- Orders
1.1. Orders placed are entirely the sole responsibility of the customer to investigate and confirm that the purchase is correct and payment is made for the correct product. Any incorrect purchase made and/or returned attract a 15% re-stocking handling fee - only applicable to orders delivered or having left the warehouse of TurboDirect S.A
- Shipping
2.1. Shipping for any order placed above R2500.00 Excl Vat qualifies for free courier shipping inside of a 100km radius
2.2. All returns for whatever reason do not qualify for free shipping, and these costs are the for account of the customer
2.3. No credit/Refunds/trade-ins will be accepted/processed until the original goods purchased are returned according the point 9 below
2.4. TurboDirect S.A are not responsible for any deliveries that occur to an incorrectly provided address captured by the customer, any returns/corrections relating to costs incurred for additional shipping will be for the account of the customer
- Warranties and failure reports
3.1. All warranty claims to be returned to TurboDirect S.A for failure assessment, which will be done in writing by TurboDirect S.A - before any claims are finalised.
3.2. No product will be accepted by TurboDirect unless returned in originally assembled conditions, any opened, disassembled or altered product will be rejected immediately
3.3. Warranty report writing requires a 3 working day turnaround to be completed and emailed to the recipient dependent on FIFO (first in first out) processing.
3.4. Any oil swab tests conducted by an outside laboratory may take longer than 3 working days - which TurboDirect have no control, and cannot guarantee timelines.
3.5. In the case where warranty has been approved, the product in question will be provided to the customer free of charge and the necessary claim handled by TurboDirect and the manufacturer. No shipping will be incurred by TurboDirect S.A or the manufacturer.
3.6. TurboDirect is not responsible and will not be held liable for any consequential damage to any engine or related component due to a product failure what so ever.
3.7. No approved claims are redeemable for cash, no refunds will be provided on warranty approved goods, no trade-ins.
3.8. No warrantees on any electrical / electronic goods
3.9. Product warranty terms and conditions are directly related the manufacturers time / mileage / usage guidelines (e.g 1year or 20 000km’s)
- Returns / Credits
4.1. TurboDirect will not accept any product for return/credit unless the product is supplied in the same brand new unfitted, unaltered, state and in its original undamaged, clean packaging.
4.2. Any product returned second hand, or fitted, altered, with parts missing, sealant paint damaged, seals clearly removed, or any other altered state – will not be accepted for credit
4.3. Any product returned in packaging that has been dirty with grease, oils, hand marks, or physical damage to the packaging will not be accepted for credit as this cannot be re-sold as brand new.
4.4. Any product returned in brand new condition in original packaging after 7 working days will attract a handling/repackaging/sealing/re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of the product sold.
Terms and Conditions of Special order products and parts

All special order products and parts are titled as such due to unpopularity or irrelevant market association to S.A. Special order products and parts also apply to custom requirements by customers or non stock items in TurboDirect S.A stock profiles.

Any special order product or part is ordered specifically for the customer based on a specific ETA provided to the customer at the date of order, which is subject to change without notice based on the manufacturing planning of the manufacturer

Any special order product or part is subject to NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO CREDITS, NO SWAPS, AND NO TRADE IN

ETA’s from the manufacturer are outside of our control, and we are not responsible for same.

All ETA’s will be provided up front by TurboDirect S.A in the form of screen shot off the manufacturers production plan and/or order confirmation date in the form of a Promised Delivery
Date (PDD)

All Special orders require a minimum of 50% deposit with the remainder of the 50% payable on
collection.

If at any time the ETA from the manufacturer changes which affects or impacts the customers
planning, installation, end users vehicle/project in any way or form, TurboDirect S.A are not held responsible. In no way will any delays outside of TurboDirect S.A control count as a refund or in any way or form cancel the outstanding 50% payable.

Any customs or shipping delays are not in the direct control of TurboDirect S.A and we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays what so ever.

Any exchange rate fluctuation which impacts or affects the shipping costs and the final price of the product due to the influenced shipping cost due to same, are for the customers account.
